Our Origins
Our founder hails from a background as an international chef working on a range of luxury super yachts, weddings, parties, product launches and other special events. When it comes to knowing great flavours we are in safe hands!
Our Story
After many months of wondering “how do you make tonic?”, it took a lockdown for our founder to start experimenting with cinchona bark (natural quinine). The first batch was a lightbulb moment and after much research & testing, stunning gin paired flavours were developed. The syrups are all hand crafted from real & local (whenever possible) ingredients with a small team in Canterbury.

Our founder’s passion as a serious foodie & gin connoisseur continues to be the driving force with plans to expand and grow the business throughout New Zealand and Australia while remaining true to its small batch handcrafted nature.
